Christopher's general attitude towards nudity is that "nekkid is always a good feeling" (Aug 20 2000). When asked if he'd rather be naked or vulnerable, he responded, "I'd rather be naked. To be vulnerable is very discomforting" (Feb 4 2001). For Chris, doing nude scenes is "never difficult" (Aug 20 2000) and he has "no nerves" before doing them (May 21 2001). In fact, Chris says that doing a nude scene is "nothing but fun, fun, fun" (Sept 28 2003). He elaborates, "Maybe I'm a nudist at heart. The physical is just window dressing, baby" (Dec 27 1999). The many nude photos of Chris floating around the Internet only concern him "if they splice Al Gore's head to my body" (June 10 2000). Chris is apparently as much of a nudist off-camera as he is on-camera. He prefers to sleep naked (Mar 26 2000; Oct 8 2001) and has been to a nude beach in the Hamptons (Oct 3 2000). Christopher rejects the idea of taking swimming lessons, saying, "I like swimming in the buff, so I guess lessons are out" (Oct 17 2000). When asked how he will explain his Oz nudity to Sophia later on, Chris replied, "She's already seen me nude plenty of times in real life, so…what's the big deal" (Feb 27 2004).
