How to get Robert Downey Jr.'s Post-Prison Body
Jane, August 2001
From Spirit MagazineIf you wanna get in shape, just get yourself incarcerated. Sure, the accomodations may be tiny (if you live in New York City, you should be used to it), but with your unlimited free time and the right dedication, one day while looking into the polished metal mirror you may be able to say "Wow, I really am looking like the No. 1 alpha female (or male) of cell-block B."

PUSH-UPS Start out slow, with as many sets as needed to reach 100.When you can do them in two sets, move on to 150.

SIT-UPS, CRUNCHES, LEG LIFTS Get to 200 using however many sets as necessary. And it's important that you vary the moves.

SQUATS Do 50 and then run in place for a minute. Repeat 10 times. For bigger legs, have your cell mate get on your back as you squat. Use extreme caution with this exercise because it may lead to ... things. Good luck.
